Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Mentrgram, we strive to provide seamless mentorship services. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations:

  1. General Refund Policy:

    All purchases of mentorship sessions are final, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted once a session is completed. However, if a transaction results in a charge to your payment method without the delivery of services due to a technical error or other issue on our end (e.g., the session was not delivered or the mentor was unavailable), you may request a refund.

    Process for refunds

    To request a refund, email us at info@mentrgram.com or the email listed on our Contact Us page within 7 days of the transaction. Upon receipt of your email, we will investigate the issue. If it is confirmed that the service was not delivered, a full refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used, typically within 7 working days of confirmation. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-21 business days for funds to reflect in your account. Refunds are subject to applicable service charges and taxes.

  2. Automatic Refund for Unaccepted Session Requests

    If a mentee requests a session at a specific time and the mentor does not accept the request at least 2 hours prior to the requested time, the session will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to the mentee.

  3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

    • Refunds will not be provided for sessions that appear under “Upcoming” section of the app or website [meaning upcoming sessions], regardless of attendance by the mentee.
    • No refunds will be issued for mentee-initiated cancellations or dissatisfaction with session content.
    • Refunds will not apply to changes in mentor availability communicated in advance.
  4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
    • If a mentor cancels a session, you may choose to reschedule the session.
